RTN can provide complimentary goodie bags for each of your participants. Each bag is made of high-quality sturdy plastic and includes a handy drawstring for easy carrying.

To request bags for your event, please e-mail rtnews@ix.netcom.com. Include the following information:

Date by when bags must arrive

To receive bags, each event must supply its participant mailing list to RTN within one week of the event date (the mailing list should contain at least the following fields: first name, last name, address, city, state, zip, e-mail address, phone number -- multi-sport events should also include the participant's USAT number). The mailing list should be e-mailed to rtnews@ix.netcom.com and should be in Microsoft Excel format for windows. A $100 fee will be assessed if the mailing list is not submitted on time or in the proper format. In addition, ITR may reserve the right to provide promotional flyer/s to be inserted into the race packets.
