Come join the ITR staff for an easy, low-key run through shaded streets and along the bayou from the ITR office!

The Social Runs are held nearly every Monday around 5:45-6:00 p.m. (call or e-mail ahead to let us know you're coming) for an easy run of approximately 4-6 miles. The runs are a great way to work out the kinks from a hard weekend and socialize with other runners.
