Beat the Heat the Kenyan Way

Kenyan Way's "Beat The Heat 2004" kicks of Monday May 10. The
summer training program is designed for runners of all
abilities. Workouts take place on Allen Parkway and meet
Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM. We meet
at the corner of Jackson Hill and Memorial Drive (behind
softball field).
If your goal is to run a fall or winter marathon, run a faster
5k, or just get back in shape this program is for you. The more
out of shape you are the more this program is for you. The 12
week program produce's incredible results, especially for the
first time participant. Unique workouts are designed by top
local runner and 1996 Olympian (2hrs 10 min marathoner) Sean
Wade and Jon Warren, head Rice University Track and Cross-
