Get a free nutritional analysis from an ITR nutrition expert
March 1, 2008

Nutrition expert and ITR columnist Caryn Honig, RD, LD, is looking for runners of all levels who would like a complimentary nutritional analysis of their diet.

What you would receive: professional analysis of your diet, including suggestions on improving your nutritional intake

What you need to do: provide an honest three-day food record, including all food and beverages consumed. An example of a food record is:

Breakfast
2 cups of cheerios with 1 cup of skim milk NOT cereal and milk
1 medium banana NOT 1 banana
1 cup of coffee with 2 TB cream NOT coffee
2 pieces whole wheat bread with 2 tsp. butter
etc.

What it costs: Nothing, this is completely free!

Honig, who writes a nutrition column for ITR and owner of The Healthy Weigh, would like to hear from runners all across Texas, particularly those outside of Houston.

Interested runners may contact Honig at carynhonig@aol.com.
